Thank you for submitting your application for the MyHIJAU Mark Service {{ $application->application_no }}. We are pleased to confirm that your application has been successfully received and is currently under screening process.

Please be informed that the evaluation process will take up to 22 working days from the issuance of the Application Processing Notice email. The timeline will be calculated as follows:

  1. If the notice email is received before 2.00pm on a working day, the evaluation period will start on the same day.
  2. If the notice email is received after 2.00pm on working day, the evaluation period will start on next working day. Note: Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays

Please note:

  1. Notification emails will be sent to your registered PIC email address and any additional PIC email(s).
  2. Kindly whitelist admin@myhijau.my and regularly check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive a notification email within 3 working days.

Alternatively, you can check your dashboard frequently for the latest status of your submitted application. Notifications will also be accessible there.

If you wish to submit a new application, you can do so via Register Product / Register Service option on your Dashboard and follow the same submission process.
